**Objective of the position**

The primary purpose of the position is to act as a Business Partner to the Commercial Team as well as European Business & Finance Teams, with regards to supporting sustainable profitable sales growth. This role is a key part of the financial support of the Commercial business and will have contact with a wide variety of people and departments at local country level and European level. It will operate at the center of the Goodyear intersection in terms of collaboration.

**Main duties**

As a business partner, you will contribute to the achievement of the France Commercial objectives and value creation in terms of profitability, risk control, project execution and cash generation.
- Work closely with Key accounts to give support for optimizing customers P&L, monitoring activity, and answering fleets tenders
- Analyze and understand monthly results and ensure business partners are regularly updated on performance and full year forecasts. Perform month-end closing
- Monitor regular performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances
- Support completion of the monthly rolling forecasts
- Drive simplification initiatives and best practices in coordination with Finance team
- Be involved in standardization and efficiency projects for the European Fleet business
- Respond to ad-hoc queries

Some other tasks could be added, linked to business requirements or organization changes. This position is based in La Défense, France.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate level in business/finance or equivalent
- Around 7 years of professional experience in financial management with growing responsibilities
- Fluent in English and French
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, SAP would be an advantage
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, working with all levels within a crossfunctional organization
- Reliable and accurate, with a strong sense of auto-control / consistency check.
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks, to manage changing priorities and tight deadlines
- Problem solving oriented attitude
