Votre mission LHH Recruitment Solutions, cabinet de Conseil en recrutement, intérim spécialisé, management de transition et évaluation d'expert.e.s, cadres et dirigeant.e.s, recherche pour son client, un Facility & maintenance manager H/F basé à Sucy en brie dans le cadre d’un cdi. Nous recherchons un(e) Facility & Maintenance Manager pour piloter l’ensemble des activités liées à la maintenance, la sûreté, l’IT local et les services généraux de notre site industriel situé à Sucy-en-Brie. Véritable garant(e) du bon fonctionnement des installations et de la sécurité, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la performance globale du site. Missions principales : Maintenance des bâtiments et équipements : Définir et mettre en œuvre la politique de maintenance. Assurer la conformité réglementaire et la certification ISO 9001. Suivre les indicateurs de performance, gérer la GMAO et encadrer les prestataires. Optimiser les performances énergétiques. Sûreté : Élaborer et appliquer la politique de sûreté du site. Être l’interlocuteur des autorités locales. Veiller à la protection des personnes et des biens. Informatique : Gérer le parc informatique et bureautique local. Assurer la qualité du support IT dans le respect de la politique groupe. Services généraux : Gérer les réaménagements, le parc automobile, les équipements communs et les accès. Rédiger les procédures et piloter les audits internes ou externes. Budget et investissements : Participer aux comités de pilotage des investissements. Élaborer et suivre les budgets de votre périmètre. Votre profil Formation ingénieur ou équivalent. Expérience confirmée (10 ans minimum) en environnement industriel. Maîtrise des normes et réglementations liées aux bâtiments, à la sécurité et à la sûreté. Qualités attendues : leadership, rigueur, autonomie, sens du service et esprit d'innovation.
