Directeur Régional H/F région Centre
Au sein de notre équipe commerciale, vous encadrez une équipe commerciale terrain sur la région Centre en optimisant les ressources humaines, financières, marketing et commerciales auprès de nos clients, en accord avec la stratégie et les objectifs déterminés par l’entreprise.

Missions principales :
- En charge du développement des ventes sur sa région ;
- Responsable de la mise en place de plans d’actions favorisant les implantations de nouvelles solutions, le recrutement de nouveaux clients ;
- Assure une analyse chiffrée des actions et des actions correctives pour l’atteinte des objectifs ;
- Applique les orientations stratégiques de DS sur la région et s'assure que toutes les synergies du portefeuille DS peuvent être déployées ;
- Couverture explicite et développement stratégique des comptes / clients prioritaires sélectionnés ;
- Développe une connaissance et une compréhension approfondies de l'environnement local DS (ex :
comptes prioritaires/clés, distributeurs, etc.) ; - Coordonne toutes les parties prenantes DS impliquées sur leur région (ex :
équipe de vente, Responsable Grands Comptes Collectivités, etc.) ; - Collabore étroitement avec les Responsables Grands Comptes Collectivités pour gérer les problématiques des distributeurs sur leur région, ainsi qu’avec le Manager de la distribution, afin de s’assurer de la bonne conduite de la politique commerciale ;
- Développe leur équipe, notamment en les coachant sur les compétences de vente ;
- Porte la responsabilité RH locale et le développement des talents ;
- S’assure du bonde niveau de connaissances de ses ressources afin mettre en place sur sa région de la stratégie Produits définie nationalement ;
- Travaille sur le potentiel et le ciblage des actions de prospection et d’appels sortants ;
- Définit les forecasts trimestriels ;
- Assure un reporting détaillé et mesuré des actions commerciales ;
- Assure un relais et un recrutement des clients aux différents événements DS (Dental Academy, events régionaux) ;
- Garant du suivides règles et process :
RH (évaluation, pose de congés, etc…), Finance (suivi des budgets, analyse dashboard), suivi et relai de la bonne utilisation du CRM (Sales Force) ; - S’assure du développement de son équipe, des recrutements sur les secteurs vacants.
Profil recherché :
- Orienté vers les résultats ;
- Leadership fortpour motiver l’équipe et favoriser la collaboration ;
- Esprit d'entreprise avec capacité à définir le business plan de la région ;
- Force de propositions ;
- Capacité à évaluer positivement /négativement et prendre les décisions en conséquence ;
- Capacité à manager et à développer son équipe sur le long terme (gestion des conflits, identification des talents) ;
- Compétences poussées en vente pour établir des relations solides avec les comptes prioritaires de la région ;
- Connaissance dumilieu dentaire très désirable ;
- Bon niveau d’anglais ;
- Maitrise du CRMSales Force (un plus) et des outils informatiques.
