Our unique educational approach is paired with rigorous training workshops organized by practicing experts, providing hands-on experiences at leading brands, products, and game-changing organizations around the globe.Role OverviewAs a Sales Executive with The Academy of Digital Industries, you’ll be instrumental in guiding potential students through the process of selecting educational courses that best suit their aspirations in creative digital industries, including graphic design, digital marketing, and brand development.Main ResponsibilitiesActively engage with new and existing inquiries via a consultative selling process to introduce our course offerings, emphasizing how they cater to careers in creative digital sectors and converting to enrollments.Work towards achieving sales targets, KPIs, and objectives.Become an expert on the academy's range of products and services.Maintain active engagement with potential students through various stages of the decision-making process.Host online masterclasses for potential learners.Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of sales, marketing, and sales KPI reports with a willingness to develop in this area.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on course developments and industry trends to relay accurate information to the business and potential students.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain a strong personal sales pipeline.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure top-of-funnel acquisition.Ensure timely billing and collection from new and existing customers.Minimum Requirements2+ years proven experience in sales, preferably in educational services, e-learning, or creative industries.Excellent English written and spoken communication skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone, via email, and messaging.Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills to convert inquiries into enrollments.Must be self-motivated and trustworthy with a strong will to succeed.Familiarity with or willingness to work within a start-up culture.Well organized with experience using CRM systems and sales software.Self-motivated and disciplined, with a proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.Empathetic listener who can understand and respond to potential students' needs and concerns.Goal-oriented, with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.Adaptable and open to feedback and coaching, with a continuous desire to improve both personally and professionally.What do we offer?Friendly working environment (We're dead serious)Work self-reliantlyUnlimited access to our platform's courses (and discounts for family members)Internal Learning and Development ProgramsAttractive Referral ProgramPaid Time Off #J-18808-Ljbffr
