As a Trackman Representative, you will demonstrate and sell Trackman products and services within the Vermont, Western Massachusetts, and Eastern New York area.Trackman is a fast-growing sports technology company that develops, manufactures, and sells 3D ball flight measurement systems for a variety of sports verticals. Originally developed for golf, Trackman now enjoys a market leader position in several sports disciplines in measuring and delivering real-time sports motion data.Job ResponsibilitiesDemand generation through cooperation with the local PGA and other golf organizationsProduct demonstrations to Golf Courses, Teaching Pros, Club Fitters, ambitious amateurs, indoor facilities, and other golf client segmentsEnsure the highest customer satisfaction through ongoing training and serviceProposal preparation and order administrationCustomer training and 1st level supportProduct testing and provision of feedback to our software and hardware development teamsDevelopment and continuous improvement of your territories sales strategiesRequirementsThe ideal candidate:3+ years consultative sales experienceExperience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategiesOwn car with full driver’s licensePersonal drive, self-starter with demonstrated willingness to go the extra mileBuild and maintain relationships easilyPersuade others by being trustworthy and enthusiasticDemonstrate perseverance, and cope well with rejectionDemonstrate strong communication and presentation skillsAnalyze problems and provide well-thought-through solutionsConsider others’ views and demonstrate listening skillsA strong network in the local golf industryAdvanced computer skills, Windows 7-10 configurations (device management), Microsoft OfficeThe compensation plan consists of a fixed salary, commissions based on performance, and a bonus plan. An Individual Health Insurance with an optional Dental plan will also be provided. Benefits package including 401k, cell phone, and personal home internet is also available. You will benefit from onboard training and continuous coaching.
