Job Specific Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to lead one of MiniMed’s most important European markets at a defining moment for our business. As Country Manager & Director of the French Legal Entity, you will have overall responsibility for our French business and lead an organisation of approximately 50 employees. You will set the strategic direction for the market, accelerate sustainable growth and expand access to MiniMed’s technologies for people living with diabetes across France. A key focus will be evolving the organisation toward an increasingly patient- and consumer-centric, agile and data-driven model, while building the capabilities, leadership and culture needed for our next phase of growth. You will represent MiniMed externally with key stakeholders across the French healthcare ecosystem, including healthcare professionals, patient organisations, payors and health authorities, while also ensuring strong governance of the French legal entity. As a member of the regional and European leadership community, you will bring the French market perspective to broader strategic discussions and help shape how MiniMed grows and operates across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the French business and organisation, setting a clear strategic direction and building an engaged, accountable and high-performing team of approximately 50 employees.
  • Drive sustainable commercial growth and business performance, growing revenue ahead of the market and delivering against quarterly and full-year financial commitments.
  • Accelerate access to innovation in France, identifying and activating opportunities across payors, healthcare professionals and patients to support successful launches and faster adoption of new technologies.
  • Lead the transformation of the French organisation, embedding a more patient- and consumer-centric, agile and data-driven culture with greater speed, ownership and proactive decision-making.
  • Build influential relationships across the French healthcare ecosystem, including patient associations, key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, payors, health authorities and strategic service partners.
  • Build organisational capability and future leadership, strengthening succession planning, talent development and the leadership pipeline across the French business.
  • Serve as President of the French legal entity and a senior European leader, ensuring appropriate governance and company representation while contributing the French market perspective to regional and European strategy, collaboration and best-practice sharing.
Minimum Requirements

  • University degree.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Proven experience in a Country Manager, General Manager or equivalent senior commercial leadership role, including significant P&L responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience leading sizeable, multidisciplinary organisations and leadership teams.
