Take flight with Airbus HelicoptersAirbus Helicopters is looking for a SAP Product Manager Production (d/f/m) to join our ERP team in IM (Information Management) based in Marignane, France.

Your future
responsibilities:
You will join the ERP PSL team within Information Management (IM), which develops, builds, and maintains all ERP applications for Airbus Helicopters.
In this role, you will be involved in end-to-end business process implementations.
Your main responsibilities will be the following:Business Understanding: Develop a solid understanding of Airbus Helicopters business processes in the domain of Production & Production Planning, ideally the end-to-end process (mainly for the business function of Industry, ED).
Roadmap & Drivers: Understand the key drivers and measures of success for the business, as well as the short-, mid-, and long-term business roadmap.
ERP Technology Expertise: Maintain strong knowledge of ERP technologies, mainly SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC6 (including SAP PP, SAP PP/DS, SAP PEO).
Requirements Analysis: Analyze and understand business requirements on Production and Planning & Scheduling processes, translating business needs into IT requirements and solutions.
Product Lifecycle Ownership: Take accountability for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception, design, industrialization, and operation to retirement.
IT Solution Delivery: Ensure IT solution delivery according to specified and validated requirements (make or buy).
Strategic Execution: Execute strategic IT activities while implementing Production and Production Planning & Scheduling processes into SAP S/4HANA (including SAP PP, SAP PP/DS, and SAP PEO) products.
Projects & Maintenance: Participate actively in project delivery and ongoing maintenance activities.
Your Profile
Education:
Degree in Information Technologies, Information Management, or a similar field.
SAP Expertise: Substantial experience with SAP products supporting Production and Planning & Scheduling processes, in particular SAP S/4HANA, SAP PP, SAP PP/DS, SAP PEO.
Activity & Project Management: Extensive experience in activity management and follow-up (preferably with an understanding of Agile methodologies).
Languages:Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking) is mandatory.
An advanced level of French or German would be very helpful.
Key Attributes: Autonomous, flexible, curious, with good communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and customer orientation with a deep and wide knowledge of SAP IT implementations.
Team Player: Team-oriented, collaborative, and service-minded approach.
