Role & responsibilities:Lead and follow up all projects relating to complex switches linked to Legal reasons or Innovation Programs (initiated by the Category) with an impact on the artworkManage and coordinate the Switch from overall strategy to availability of new codesDefine the Switch strategy (soft/hard switch, change of code/no change of code…) with Switch team (Category, commercial, Supply chain)Work closely (Supply chain, Single point of contact) with the Category Program leader and program planner, Legal, Continent Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Demand Planning and PLMEnsure smooth product switches : ensure new products are launched on time and minimize shortage/BO on new codesMinimize overstock/slobs and destruction of old bulk and packs on old codesAnalyze & publish performance KPI on the different switches (number of codes in scope, achieved…)Act as business process owner for SPM toolProfile requirements:3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced moving environment Previous experience in the Supply Chain functionProficient with many tools (Excel, JDA, JDE, Cognos, Power BI, WID...) Good knowledge of BIC product portfolioCapacity of leading meetings & coordinating with local, regional, and global teamsFluent in English Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsGood capabilities in Project ManagementGood communication skillsBIC World is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
