As a key member of the Fashion Group Compensation & Benefits team, the HR Controlling Manager leads and supports budgeting, controlling, and reporting processes under the guidance of the C&B Director. This role is instrumental in delivering robust budgeting and reporting across our prestigious Maisons, fostering collaboration among HR teams, and ensuring close alignment with Finance.

  • Controlling & Reporting

    • Lead HR controlling and budgeting activities across the Fashion Group.
    • Develop and maintain recurring dashboards and KPI reports covering workforce trends, labour costs, vacancies, turnover, and other key people metrics across Maisons and Regional Hubs, including actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
    • Perform monthly variance analyses against budget, forecast, and prior periods; investigate discrepancies and highlight risks and required follow-up actions to internal stakeholders.
    • Enhance monitoring processes and reporting tools to improve efficiency, consistency, and usability.
    • Deliver ad hoc analyses and management requests based on clear assumptions, accurate outputs, and concise conclusions.
    • Promote standardization, automation, and the sharing of best practices across HR and Finance.



Job responsibilities

  • Projects & Process Improvement

    • Implement a budgeting and reporting tool for Regional Hubs and Maison regional entities, ensuring data consistency, reliability, and alignment with Finance.
    • Identify and implement practical opportunities to streamline or automate controlling tools, dashboards, reports, and planning processes.
    • Maintain clear process documentation, reporting definitions, controls, and standard templates.


  • Data Quality & Reliability
  • Ensure the quality, reliability, and traceability of workforce data used for analysis and reporting.
  • Strengthen data validation controls and management files to support accurate, consistent reporting.
  • Optimise HR data collection, consolidation, and governance processes in close collaboration with Finance.

Profile

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in HR controlling within an international environment.
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Strong expertise in workforce cost management, budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong command of reporting and data management tools.
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, problem-solving and modelling skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
