Based in Grenoble (France), we are currently establishing our Verkor Innovation Centre (R&D centre and 4.0 pilot line).

**A propos de ce poste**:
Nous recherchons actuellement notre prochain Project & Corporate Finance Project Analyst (H/F) en alternance pour rejoindre notre équipe de financement basée à Grenoble.
A ce titre, vous assurerez des missions d'analyse pour soutenir plusieurs axes stratégiques de notre direction financière.
**Missions principales**:
- ** Financement d'entreprise**:
- Préparer les décisions d'engagement au niveau de l'entreprise et du conseil d'administration, avec le soutien des équipes opérationnelles.
- Analyse transversale fondée sur des données
- Sensibilités
- Gestion de la planification
- Analyse des risques
- Plans d'atténuation
- Évaluation juridique
- Établir la gouvernance mise en place dans le CSA
- Suivre et contrôler les performances financières et extra-financières de l'entreprise ainsi que les risques du projet
- Préparer les documents pour les principales réunions de gouvernance
- ** Financement de projet**:
- Soutenir la clôture financière de la dette pour notre première gigafactory.
- Diriger certains workstreams de due diligences (technique, marché et approvisionnement, juridique, E&S, assurance)
- Structurer l'information interne pour le bénéfice des conseillers des prêteurs
- Contrôler les documents relatifs au projet
- Participer à la structuration de la dette, gérer les datarooms des crénanciers et les processus de questions/réponses des banques
- Suivre le reporting de la documentation financière vers les créanciers, en particulier sur les sujets techniques/E&S
- Assurer la liaison avec les créanciers sur les sujets clés de la gouvernance
**Skills & requirements**:
- Formation technique avec des compétences en finance
- Capacité à gérer des délais serrés
- Flexibilité et volonté d'apprendre et de travailler en équipe
- Solides compétences en matière de communication et de leadership
- A l'aise avec le Pack Office
- L'anglais et le français sont obligatoires
- Une expérience dans le domaine du conseil, de l'audit et des services transactionnels est un atout majeur.
