**Citron** est une scale-up qui accélère la transition énergétique des grands patrimoines immobiliers à l’aide du digital
Elle s’appuie pour cela sur deux piliers:
- Une **plateforme web big-data et IoT** de management de la performance énergétique des bâtiments
- Une **activité de conseil et d’accompagnement** à travers des offres telles que des audits énergétiques ou de l’Energy Management
**Citron**, c’est plus de 150 personnes passionnées d’innovation qui se donnent à fond pour protéger l’environnement, plusieurs millions d’euros de chiffre d’affaires et une ambiance de folie
**LE CONTEXTE**
En tant que **Business Development Representative (BDR)**, tu rejoindras la team Sales qui se divise en plusieurs équipes (composée actuellement de 25 personnes).
- SDR / BDR
- Business Developper
- Key Account Manager
La team Sales joue un rôle clé dans l'identification, qualification et accompagnement des clients dans leur réduction de consommation énergétique.
La team SDR / BDR est composée de 8 personnes.
Le Business Development Representative est le premier point de contact avec nos prospects, ils mènent des activités de prospection afin d’élargir notre portefeuille client.

**TES MISSIONS**
- Suivre le marché, comprendre le métier des différents acteurs et le positionnement de la concurrence
- S’appuyer sur ta prospection outbound afin de planifier des rendez-vous clients
- Qualifier les prospects
- Détecter des opportunités d’affaires lors du premier échange
- Identifier les besoins clients par une écoute active
- Présenter les services adaptés au besoin du prospect
- Faire évoluer sa stratégie de prospection ( mailing, liste de prospect, Linkedin )
- Etre en lien avec les business developper afin d’assurer une fluidité sur le cycle de vie prospect
- Utiliser les outils a disposition : CRM Hubspot, Kaspr, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Tengo
**TU ES LE MATCH PARFAIT SI TU AS **
- Première expérience en tant que commercial ou équivalent
- Très bon relationnel, parfaitement à l’aise dans son expression écrite, orale et publique
- Autonomie, Ecoute client, Organisation
- Etre a l’aise lors d’un échange téléphonique
- Capacité à développer ses compétences commerciales sur un marché complexe et passionnant
- Volonté de travailler dans une Proptech à forte croissance
- Réel intérêt pour le monde de l’énergie

Salaire du poste : 30k fixe + 4,5k variable ( + bonus sur la surperformance)
