Plant Based Business Development Manager

As a key player in our plant-based transformation, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive growth and market share in the private label segment.

Reporting to the Plant General Manager and working closely with the Global Sales Director Private Label, you will be the key contact for local markets, providing them with sales support, including selling stories, studies, and samples, as well as ensuring that our products meet customer specifications.

Main Responsibilities:

Design Plant Based Private Label Offer: You will be responsible for understanding consumer needs and trends to develop high-quality products that meet customer specifications.

Support Sales to Customers: You will provide sales support to Key Account Managers, equipping them with answers to possible challenges and objections, and accompanying them in meetings with customers to showcase our category knowledge.

Deliver Topline and Bottomline Objectives: You will be responsible for ensuring that new listings are in line with our strategic business plan and recommending corrective action plans in case of deviation.

Requirements:

6-8 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with a strong background in FMCG business, project management, and leadership skills. Fluency in English and German is compulsory.

Location: Suresnes, with frequent travels to UK and DE.
