Business Development Manager for Critical Infrastructure

Are you a seasoned business development professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for critical infrastructure and a knack for building strong relationships with clients? We're seeking an experienced End User Business Development Manager to join our team in France.
About the RoleAs our End User Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building a pipeline of new critical infrastructure opportunities within your given region and ensuring all growth targets are achieved. You will work closely with our European Business Development Director and the wider team to develop business and drive project specification within this sector.
Key Responsibilities- Project managing critical infrastructure accounts within your region
- Developing and executing the Account Strategy for accounts, including account plans
- Supporting consultants and specifiers within the specific sector
- Representing the company at trade shows, customer events, and association meetings
- Collaborating across different business areas in HID to efficiently deliver solutions to meet customer needs
- Maintaining customer details, activities, and opportunities using CRM
- Native French, ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent
- Experience of working with national infrastructure or public sector organizations
- Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards
- Experience in using Salesforce or similar CRM platform
- Travel and fieldwork, including international travel may be required
