Afin de soutenir la croissance d’Ornikar tout en maintenant la satisfaction et la fidélisation de notre réseau d'enseignants indépendants de la conduite, notre département Instructor Operations se développe et nous recherchons notre prochain-e Account Manager Senior

**Nous recherchons un-e Account Manager***:
Vous serez l'interlocuteur-rice privilégié-e d'environ 200 enseignant-e-s indépendant-e-s de la conduite, mais aussi garant-e de la satisfaction et de la fidélisation de votre réseau.

**Vos missions***:

- Construire et maintenir des relations solides et durables avec ses enseignants
- Animer, suivre l’activité et conseiller votre réseau d’enseignants (organisation de point téléphonique, campagne mail, rencontre visio et physique)
- Analyser, quantitativement et qualitativement, vos zones géographiques afin d’avoir une bonne compréhension de l’offre et de la demande
- Finaliser l’onboarding des nouveaux enseignants
- Communiquer et remonter les informations terrain
- Prévenir et résoudre les litiges qui pourraient survenir (administratifs, pédagogiques ou comportementaux)
- Proposer des améliorations fonctionnelles à nos processus et outils
- Vente de la flotte Ornikar pour faciliter les lancements

**Le process de recrutement pour ce poste**:

- **Entretien avec votre futur manager **pour vous préciser les contours du poste et les enjeux de la team
- **Une étude de cas ou test technique **pour vous projeter sur des missions du poste en conditions réelles
- **Un entretien de culture fit** avec les membres actuels de l'équipe pour vous donner un aperçu de nos rituels, méthodes, et vous embarquer dans notre vision

- Une rémunération fixe entre 33K€ et 35K€, en fonction de votre niveau d’impact et d’expertise observé pendant nos entretiens.

**- Vous avez a mínima 2 ans d'expériences dans un rôle d'account manager

- Vous êtes rigoureux.se et organisé.e
- Vous avez une bonne capacité d’adapation
- Vous savez être persuasif-ve tout en faisant preuve d'empathie
- Le plus, vous avez déjà utilisé un outil CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, autre...)
