**Position**:
**Contexte**:
Dans un contexte de développement très dynamique, Christian Dior Couture recherche un ou une « EMEA Watch & Jewelry Logistics & Merchandising Coordinator ».

Vous travaillerez au sein de l’équipe W&J Merchandising EMEA et vous serez en interaction quotidiennement dans vos fonctions avec l’ensemble des marchés EMEA, des fonctions transverses EMEA (CRM, Visual Merchandising, Développement, Opérations ), ainsi que des équipes Centrales.

**I/ Coordination Logistique Watch & Jewellery EMEA**: (80% workload)

**1. **Coordination HIGH END (Haute Joaillerie / Haute Horlogerie)**
- Coordination des expéditions et réceptions, dédouanements import/export des flux EMEA (Roadshows, rotations, OTOs)
- Création de la documentation pour les envois intra EMEA : TIBs, Carnets ATA, liasse documentaire pour le Moyen Orient
- Préparation des colis, mouvements informatiques, suivi des expéditions et livraisons en boutique
- Gestion des demandes Presse lors de shooting (Emprunts EMEA)
- Contact privilégié des transporteurs de valeur et douanes

**2. Coordination logistique des évènements W&J EMEA**
- En amont:

- Organisation du rapatriement des pièces depuis les zones
- Demande de devis aux transporteurs et définition d’un planning transport
- Création des documents et légalisation si nécessaire, pick-up
- Organisation avec la zone sur les sujets sécurité et flux sur place
- Mise en place d’un planning avec les équipes VM et logistique zone
- Pendant l’évènement
- Réception des pièces sur place et packing à la fin de l’évènement
- Inventaires quotidiens, gestion du stock et du coffre
- Coordination des flux sur place (cocktails, dîners, transferts client, confiés )
- Post-évènement
- Réception des pièces à Paris
- Suivi des facturations et livraisons des pièces en boutique

**3. **Coordination CORE RANGE (Petite & Moyenne Joaillerie/Horlogerie)**
- Gestion des demandes Presse lors de shootings (Emprunts EMEA)
- Gestion des litiges sur les flux buybacks EMEA (rachats)

**4. Administratif**
- Encadrement du réseau Retail sur les problématiques de transport, logistique, traçabilité, sécurité, assurance
- Gestion des factures transports Europe
- Gestion du coffre des produits finis Europe
- Assurer le suivi des temporaires/facturations à distance et régularisations avec les douanes
- Mise à jour les tableaux de suivi HJ et HH

**II/ Soutien au Merchandising W/J EMEA**: (20% workload)

**1. Soutien HIGH END (Haute Joaillerie / Haute Horlogerie)**
- Soutien au Merchandising en lien avec le Business Development Manager High End:

- Coordination des assortiments pour les Evènements EMEA
- Mise à jour des trackers et suivi des facturations

**2. Soutien CORE RANGE (Petite & Moyenne Joaillerie/Horlogerie )**
- Soutien au Merchandising en lien avec le Core Range EMEA Merchandiser:

- Coordination des assortiments pour les ouvertures de Boutiques & Resorts, pour les événements et push Boutiques
- Monitoring des rebalancing entre marchés

**Profile**:
**Compétences requises**:
Diplômé(e) d’une formation supérieure (bac+5), vous justifierez d’au moins 2 ans d’expérience en logistique, en lien avec le merchandising/commercial.
- Maîtrise du Pack Office (Excel et Powerpoint)
- Anglais courant
- Excellent relationnel et compréhension de la relation client
- Autonome et proactif
- Esprit rigoureux, organisé et structuré
- Aisance avec les chiffres
- Sensibilité produit Horlogerie & Joaillerie
