Pour l?un de nos clients finaux, nous sommes à la recherche d?un IT Retail Support Lead (anglais / français) sur Paris (majoritairement télétravail)

Mission de 6 mois renouvelables

Missions:
Apporter son soutien à l?équipe locale de support Retail EMEA au sein des marchés spécifiés afin de s?assurer que les incidents liés aux projets locaux et au support Retail IT sont correctement gérés et dans les délais spécifiés, conformément aux engagements de niveau de service

Assumer la responsabilité quotidienne des interventions des équipes IT Retail au sein du groupe et des équipes de premier et de deuxième points de contrôle pour les filiales sans présence locale de l?équipe ICR

Renforcer l?engagement et la supervision des pays dans lesquels il n?existe pas de ressources locales dédiées au support

Soutenir la mise en place et l?évolution des outils et processus ITSM (normalisation à l?échelle de la région) et veiller à ce que l?équipe les adopte et les respecte

Soutenir la transition de services pour l?introduction de nouvelles solutions dans le domaine des magasins EMEA au sein du cluster

Superviser et cogérer le processus en magasin nouveau / fermé

Veiller à ce que les besoins et les exigences localisés soient pleinement compris pour toute initiative mondiale ou régionale, directement ou en collaboration avec la ressource locale concernée dans le pays

Soutenir la fourniture de données à l?équipe de gestion des services informatiques pour le reporting des indicateurs KPI

Collaborer avec ses pairs (responsables du soutien à la vente au détail de la IT) pour diriger les autres grappes afin d?assurer l?uniformité des processus et le partage des connaissances, et d?assurer l?harmonisation régionale

Participation aux réunions d?examen des incidents avec les fournisseurs de services IT Retail

Management de 6 personnes

La portée géographique du poste couvrira les pays suivants:
Autriche / Allemagne / Benelux / Suisse / Pays nordiques

République tchèque / Slovaquie / Hongrie / Isra l / Turquie

Afrique du Sud / Inde / Moyen-Orient / Pologne
- Gestion d?équipe support (niveau 1 / niveau 2)
- Expérience retail et POS

Expérience projets internationaux

Excellentes compétences de communication et de gestion des parties prenantes

Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et au sein d?une équipe répartie

Approche méthodique

Capacité à établir des priorités et à respecter les délais ; capacité à prendre des décisions avec des informations limitées
