Au sein de l’équipe Global & Digital, nous recrutons un-e Account Manager en CDD pour déployer des actions adéquates pour assurer la rétention, satisfaction et croissance d’un portefeuille de clients grands comptes.
Tes principales missions:
Gestion d’un portefeuille clients grands comptes:
- Accompagner un portefeuille de clients sur une très grande partie de leur cycle de vie, de la contractualisation aux renégociations en passant par l’onboarding, le déploiement et la croissance.
- Fidéliser (rétention client et prévention du churn) et développer la satisfaction (NPS) des décisionnaires chez vos commerçants (DG, DSI, DAF).
- Accompagner les marchands pour optimiser et développer leurs ventes en recommandant des stratégies de paiement et produits adaptés ;
- Développer le chiffre d’affaires de son portefeuille; identifier et comprendre les attentes des clients et les convertir en opportunité d’upsell, pour contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de l’équipe Opérations ;
Collaboration interne:
- En tant qu’Account Manager, vous aurez un rôle central de chef-ffe d’orchestre et travaillerez quotidiennement en collaboration avec les équipes Support, Incident, Data, Fraude, Sales et Risques de Payplug ;
- Être garant-e du reporting interne et du suivi de l’activité des marchands de son portefeuille.
**Requirements**:
- Tu possèdes idéalement entre 2 et 4 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire d'Account Management ;
- Tu possèdes une grande capacité d'écoute, de compréhension et de patience ;
- Tu es autonome et tu es capable de rapidement t'adapter et prioriser, quel que soit le sujet évoqué ;
- Tu es compétent-e dans la négociation et l'accompagnement client ;
- Tu as un goût prononcé pour les nouvelles technologies.
