**Your role**:
You will assist AFP’s Brand & Communications Department in the company’s headquarters based in Paris.

**Main missions**:

- Daily monitoring of press coverage and creation of daily press reviews and thematic press kits
- Daily management of the intranet and institutional accounts on social networks (Twitter and LinkedIn)
- Drafting of reports and articles
- Iconographic research, creation of a media library,
- Production of communication tools and material: PowerPoint presentations, social media banners, brochures, flyers, kakemonos, goodies
- Drafting and distribution of press releases as well as reports
- Media benchmarking,
- Reporting on communication actions and campaigns
- Event communications (exhibitions, conferences, fairs )
- Production of optimised content for the institutional website (SEO, crosslinking campaigns, choice of keywords)
- Monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators for websites and social network accounts (Google Analytics, Piano Analytics)

Un poste **d'Assistant Communication Anglophone en alternance (F-H**) est à pourvoir au sein de l’Agence France Presse pour **1 an.**

**Votre rôle**:
Vous assisterez l’équipe de la Direction de la Communication et de la Marque, installée au Siège de l’AFP, à Paris.

**Missions principales**:

- Suivre les retombées presse et créer des revues de presse et dossiers de presse thématiques,
- Animer quotidiennement l’intranet et les comptes institutionnels sur les réseaux sociaux (Twitter et LinkedIn),
- Rédiger des comptes-rendus, reporting
- Réaliser des recherches iconographiques, constituer une médiathèque,
- Produire des d’outils et des supports de communication : présentations Powerpoint, brochures, flyers, kakémonos, goodies, visuels pour les réseaux sociaux,
- Rédiger et diffuser des communiqués de presse ainsi que des bilans et retombées,
- Réaliser des benchmarks,
- Réaliser le reporting des actions de communication,
- Assurer la communication événementielle (expositions, congrès et salons ; en photo, vidéo, mobile ).
- Produire des contenus optimisés pour le site institutionnel (SEO, campagnes de cross-linking, choix des mots-clés)
- Suivre et analyser des indicateurs clés de performance des sites et comptes réseaux sociaux (Google Analytics, Piano Analytics)

**Profil recherché**

**Skills required**
- English-level C2 (fluency in another working language of the Agency is a plus)
- Fluent in French (B2)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or communications
- Strong interest in information, media and social networks,
- Team player, autonomous, proactive, organized and dynamic
- Good oral and written expression
- Analytical skills and ability to summarize
- Mastery of the graphic chain, the Adobe suite and the Office suite
- Experience in the field of communications and press relations desirable

**Compétences**
- Anglais niveau C2 (la maîtrise d’une autre langue de travail de l’Agence est un plus),
- Niveau Bac +4 / +5
- Vif intérêt pour l’information, les médias et les réseaux sociaux,
- Esprit d’équipe, autonome, proactif, organisé et dynamique,
- Bonne expression orale et écrite,
- Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse,
- Fort attrait pour l’image fixe et animée,
- Maîtrise de la chaîne graphique, des outils de PAO (suite Adobe) et de bureautique (suite Office),
- Expérience dans le domaine de la communication et des relations presse souhaitée.
