L'Agence d'Emploi Riverchelles Paris recherche pour le compte de l'un de ses clients, un(e) Global Account Assistant (H/F) pour un CDI.

Vos Missions:

- Activités commerciales:
Préparation des visites clients

Suivi des visites clients

Promouvoir et vendre les produits MSC Export / Import / Crosstrade (fret, assurances, transports terrestres, smart conteneurs etc.)
- Suivi & analyses:
Reporting de l'activité commerciale via un CRM

Suivi balance comptable

Relance et suivi de trafics

Gestion des litiges

Rapport d'activité mensuel N+1
- Veille concurrentielle et commerciale
- Interaction entre les différents services en internes (transport/ logistique, lignes export & import, Customer service export & import, finance etc.)

**Description du profil**:
Nous recherchons un profil expérimenté entre 3 et 5 ans d'expérience avec un potentiel d'évolution:

- Aisance relationnelle
- Sens aigu de l'approche commerciale,

- Connaissances BCO/ NVO
- Connaissances environnement maritime & du marché (ex : concurrence)
- Autonome / indépendant
- Persévérant
- Acceptation de l'échec et prise de recul
- Anglais courant,
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques.
