Therefore, to expand our capabilities we are looking for a **Customer Relationship and Sales Manager **who will share our values and become part of our friendly M9 Team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage orders for regular and new customers (accept requests from customers, interact with all necessary departments on the timing of the request; issue invoices; control and analyze the profit on orders; close orders);
- Enter the information about orders into the corporate database.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to shipments.
- Issuing invoices and control timely payments.
- Advise Clients, process requests from regular customers and requests from the new customers: record requests in CRM; advise clients on the rules, terms and conditions of transportation and customs clearance, as well as the cost of the company's services;
- Interact with customers on current shipments; inform customers about the progress of transportation; analyze customer satisfaction on completed orders and take actions to increase the level of customer satisfaction;
- Achieve finance and quality KPIs.

**Conditions**:

- Remote work. Possible future office locations (Tbilisi, Poti, Batumi)

**Requirements**:

- Native Georgian speaker
- Working level English and Russian
- University degree,
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar positions
- Good knowledge of international sea freight
- Experienced PC user
- Proactive person with strong communication skills, customer orientation, result orientation.
