**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities
- Manages the Sales and Marketing functions.
- Manages partnership with Manufacturing and Commercial Excellence functions.
- Establishes annual sales budget and incentive goals.
- Develops and administers large, multi-plant customer agreements and directs purchasing efforts.
- Develops customer, trade partner, and supplier relationships to enhance business profitability and customer relations.
- Collaborates with operations to develop and implement effective go to market strategies and marketing plans.
- Coordinates and researches industry trade functions.
- Leverages data and analytics to drive insights; implements metrics to measure results to support new sales, retain current customer base, and enhance company strategy.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Typically possesses a Bachelor's degree, 15+ years of experience, and experience leading a team of senior managers over multiple geographies.

Knowledge and Skills
- Possesses in-depth experience in sales, marketing, and customer service management.
- Possesses solid understanding of industrial plant production processes.
- Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills, and is able to communicate throughout all levels of the Company.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Possesses excellent time management skills.
- Able to plan, direct, and manage towards future goals and objectives.
- Proven skills in analytical problem-solving.
- Demonstrates sound business judgment, strategic focus, and excellent decision-making skills.
- Demonstrates excellent leadership, management, and coaching skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills.
- Travel may be required.
