Our client is currently developing his team to meet the new operational challenges of his growing industrial activities within Europe.

**Therefore, we have been appointed, on a confidential & express base to find his future Industrial Capex Sourcing Manager (W/M) to strengthen its current EMEA sourcing team.**

Within these 6 months minimum Interim Management Mission, you will have an active and very operational role. You will be negotiating & purchasing the critical industrial equipment plus the related O&M services for various industrial projects.

Based in the Paris area, or alternatively in the Lyon area, you will have a real European scope with 25 to 30% expected traveling time. Partial home office will also be possible within this time flexible mission.

Process industry with Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Management (EPCM) contracts.
Active in long term projects, stand alone and within Joint Ventures.
Round the clock operations organised in various shifts.

**The Interim Management Mission**
**Industrial Capex Sourcing Manager (W/M)**

Member of the EMEA region Sourcing team.

In charge of Capex purchases.

In charge of sourcing the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services.

Reporting to the EMEA Purchasing organization.

**Main objectives**
- **Implement **the Group purchasing plan;
- **Lead **projects**.**;
- **Manage **the sourcing strategy
- **Collaborate **with the technical teams;
- **Qualify **the main suppliers;
- **Coordinate **with internal stakeholders and functions, such as Legal & Finance;
- **Negotiate, **the best possible terms & conditions on behalf of the company;
- **Communicate **internally to get the necessary information & be aligned with the projects objectives.

**Interim management mission**:Based in Paris Ile de France, alternatively in Lyon area
**Business mobility**:necessary to meet stakeholders, 25-30% of time
**Starting date : January 2023**
**Mission lengt: Initial period of 6 months, **extensible and/or transformable

**Your key skills & profile**
**Profile**

Engineering background, Mechanics and/or Electrical only.

Experience in Maintenance and Project management function is needed

5 to 10 years of experience in Purchasing within heavy industries with technical knowledge. Automotive and Aeronautical sectors are excluded.
- Negotiation killer_

Strong practice in both Capex and EPCM contracts

Knowledge of non-stop process industries such as Glass, Steel, Petrochemical, Cement or Foundry

**Key skills**
Fully fluent in English and in French

Strong negotiator with result focus

Expert in communication, multicultural with EU experience

Autonomous & able to take initiatives

Operational approach acting as a real facilitator
