Descriptif du poste
- Assurer le support technique sur nos produits auprès des avionneurs, des compagnies aériennes, de l'aviation générale, des jets d'affaires et des clients militaires dans le monde entier en collaboration avec l'équipe de support
- Analyser les logs techniques fournis par les clients et, sur la base de cette analyse, élaborer des conseils de résolution technique à leur intention
- Etre en charge des tests et du dépannage à l'aide de l'équipement de test
- Assister les principales compagnies aériennes pour les approbations STC
- Assister l’équipe de vente lors des démonstrations techniques pendant les salons professionnels
- Aider le personnel de vente à fournir un soutien technique approfondi aux nouveaux clients et aux installations de modernisation
- Tester et réaliser les démonstrations des systèmes chez les clients
- Réaliser les formations techniques des équipes
- Élaborer les manuels de formation technique utilisés pour la formation des produits
- Etre le point de contact pour les demandes de publications techniques (ACMM, CMM, VSIL, SB et autres documents techniques)

Profil recherché

De formation supérieure technique (Ingénieur ou Bac+5) idéalement à dominante électronique, vous avez déjà une première expérience similaire réussie.

Vous avez une expérience en communication satellitaire (stages inclus).

Vous appréciez le contact avec des clients internationaux et la résolution de problèmes.

Anglais courant impératif.
- Des déplacements réguliers (à Lyngby (Copenhague), voir ailleurs) sont à prévoir.
