Dans un contexte de développement de la société, nous recherchons un ou un.e head of business development qui sera responsable de notre stratégie et de notre offre commerciale ainsi que l'interlocuteur privilégié de nos partenaires.
**Vos principales missions seront**:
- Encadrement et accompagnement de l’équipe Business development (4 CDI+ stagiaires/alternants) pour respecter les objectifs : closings de nos campagnes mensuelles (gestion de plus de 1M de produits par mois) et de nos offres "marronniers" tout au long de l'année (2 à 4 offres mensuelles en plus de l'offre principale soit 1,5 millions de produits);
- Définition et mise en place de l'offre mensuel : assurer la qualité de notre offre tout en respectant un budget mensuel et annuel
- Définition de la stratégie commerciale en Europe (France, Allemagne, Espagne, Italie)
- Gestion des négociations annuelles / Garantir le niveau de marge demandé sur notre eshop
**Tu as le profil idéal si**
- Tu as une expérience professionnelle commerciale _**de minimum 3 ans **_ dont 1 an à un poste de management commercial.
- Tu es doté.e d'un esprit entreprenant et fédérateur. Ton aisance relationnelle et ta motivation seront des atouts majeurs.
- Tu maîtrises les techniques de vente et les stratégies de négociation. Tu as la capacité d'analyser et d'interpréter des données pour orienter des décisions stratégiques.
- Tu as une appétence pour le marketing, et connait les rouages des campagnes marketing.
- Tu aimes travailler dans un environnement très dynamique où les choses bougent beaucoup, vous êtes reconnus pour vos compétences d’adaptabilité et d’agilité.
- Ton niveau d'anglais est courant (minimum C1) et tu es à l'aise avec les outils informatiques (excel, pptx,...)
