Nous recherchons pour notre client, acteur incontournable du tourisme parisien un(e)

Head of Sales H/F

Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes:

- Encadrer l’équipe commerciale composée de 8 collaborateurs : pôle MICE / Corporate /Events, pôle Hôtels / CSE / Institutionnels / Associatif / Autocaristes, pôle International Agences / TO / Pôle OTA / Revendeurs.
- Elaborer la stratégie commerciale et de développement et la soumettre à la direction
- Suivre les partenariats, gère les relations avec les grands comptes et le contracting
- Gérer les relations avec les institutionnels du tourisme Atout France / CRT / OTCP
- Suivre et supervise les déplacements et démarchages de la clientèle

De formation commerciale ou en tourisme Bac + 2 minimum, vous justifiez d’une expérience commerciale de 7 années au minimum incluant une dimension managériale, cette expérience aura été acquise dans le secteur du tourisme ou connexe au tourisme.

La pratique courante de l’anglais est un impératif, une troisième langue (russe, espagnol) serait très appréciée.
