Senior Business Development, France

Nous recherchons un Senior Business Development Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe Commerciale France. Il sera chargé de développer l’activité commerciale sur nos nouvelles initiatives croissance.

Le client étant au centre de nos préoccupations, la compréhension des besoins de vos clients sera au cœur de votre travail. Vous devrez parfois oser prendre les devants, tout en restant aux côtés de vos clients.

Ce poste offre un mélange passionnant d’analyse commerciale (business plan et mise en œuvre), de négociation commerciale, de conseil et de support auprès du coordinateur de projet et de développement ou des équipes Retail. Il requiert de l'expérience dans des tâches similaires, une expérience commerciale significative côté fabricants et distributeurs et dans la conduite de projet ou le lancement de nouveaux produits / nouvelles offres.

Responsabilités et tâches

Développement commercial sur les nouvelles initiatives France et Région WSE META (si impact local):
Mise en marché et commercialisation des initiatives de croissance identifiées au budget annuel.

Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes commerciales, solutions et projet afin d'identifier clairement de nouvelles opportunités commerciales avec des clients potentiels.

Accroître la notoriété de GfK auprès de nouveaux clients potentiels par le biais d'activités de marketing dans le but de favoriser le développement de nouvelles activités.

Il soutient et dirige de manière proactive les activités de vente qui contribuent à faciliter et à libérer le potentiel.

Participe activement à la réalisation de l’objectif commercial France.

Responsabilité à l'égard des clients

Veiller à une compréhension permanente des exigences, des tendances, des risques, des opportunités et de la satisfaction des clients.

Collabore de manière transversale pour assurer la réussite des ventes.

Activation de la stratégie de vente

Participer aux réunions en face à face avec les clients pour s'assurer que l'argumentaire et le processus de vente sont conformes à la vision stratégique de GfK.

Collaborer avec vos collègues, marketing, produits et développement pour définir la stratégie de vente actuelle et future adaptée à la base de clients.

Exigences

+5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la vente

Connaissance du marché français requise

Compétences analytiques et capacité à travailler avec des KPIs/données financières

Attitude "Get things done" (faire avancer les choses) et « Growth mindset » (état d’esprit de croissance)

Haut niveau de résilience

Esprit d'équipe et capacité à s'adapter de manière autonome à des priorités changeantes dans un environnement en évolution rapide

Solides compétences en matière d'établissement de la confiance et de constitution de réseaux

Solides compétences commerciales nécessaires à l'identification, à l'engagement et à la conquête de clients potentiels

Forte compréhension des enjeux commerciaux du client et de la manière de le soutenir

Expérience dans une organisation matricielle internationale

Anglais courant

Bonne capacité de présentation.

Ce poste est basé dans notre bureau France (Nanterre). Des déplacements modérés sont à prévoir vers des clients en France et occasionnellement vers les HQ de certains d’entre eux.
