**GANNI IS SEEKING A TALENTED GLOBAL CRM & EMAIL MANAGER TO JOIN OUR TEAM AND DRIVE CUSTOMER LOYALTY AND CONVERSION THROUGH IMPACTFUL STRATEGIES AND STORYTELLING.**

**YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU**

**Responsibilities ahead of you**:

- Optimise customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
- Oversee database management including database cleanliness and development of data segmentation strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Trade and Retail to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives.
- Monitor key CRM metrics, analyse performance, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Report and deliver weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Report to the business on general CRM principles, developing and sharing insights and embedding best practices.

**MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS**
- Knowledge of HTML and other CRM platforms (Bloomreach experience is preferred)
- Confident with analytics tools and a strong understanding of tracking and conversion optimization
- Editorial Copywriting skills are desirable
- Creative thinker with excellent communication skills Team player with the ability to manage multiple projects and a fast-paced environment
