Le département des programmes Sur Mesure de HEC Executive Education réalise des programmes de formation pour des dirigeants et des managers de grands groupes français et internationaux. Ces formations concernent tous les domaines du management et se déroulent aussi bien en France qu’à l’étranger.

Rattaché(e) à la Directrice Business Development Custom Programs, au sein du pôle Custom Programs, le/la chargé(e) de développement commercial assure les missions suivantes:
**Appel d’offres et structure de l’offre custom (60%)**
- Effectuer une analyse des grandes tendances sectorielles lors de la réception d’appel d’offre si utile
- Accompagner les Key Account Managers tout au long du processus d’appel d’offre (enregistrement & admin, construction dispositif pédagogique, implication de la faculté et partenaires potentiels, visuels ppt)
- Prendre en charge les premières étapes de lancement d'un program (réservation salles et des professeurs) si nécessaire
- Soutenir l'équipe dans la mise en place d'un Knowledge Management System (KMS), récupération du contenu des professeurs pertinent pour l’Exed afin d’alimenter le KMS.
- Mise à jour du CRM

**Acquisition et business development (40%)**

Il/elle est l’interface entre le custom et le marketing, avec pour objectif que le marketing développe la visibilité de l’offre du sur-mesure dans le cadre de la stratégie posée:

- Il/Elle exprime les attentes et les besoins du Custom auprès du marketing, valide ou fait valider les propositions faites par celui-ci,
- Il/Elle participe à la mise en œuvre et au suivi des campagnes de lead generation / nurturing réalisées avec le support de l’agence externe
- Il/Elle est l’interlocuteur (contributeur) côté custom des différents projets et actions mis en œuvre par le marketing, en particulier:

- L’organisation ou la participation à des événements (en propre ou en partenariat)
- La coordination de la création et la diffusion de contenus, de type Etudes de cas, interviews, témoignages etc.
- Le développement de l’Executive Community, et son animation
- Soutenu(e) par le marketing, il/elle gère l’organisation des évènements pertinents pour le sur mesure (rétroplanning, visibilité, listes contacts à jour, invitations, recrutement speakers HEC )

**Profil recherché**:

- Formation supérieure
- 1ère expérience en développement B2B à l’international et gestion des parties prenantes dans un contexte multiculturel
- Bilingue Anglais / Français (niveau C1 minimum)
- Fort sens du relationnel et de la relation client
- Excellente communication orale et écrite
- Organisation et rigueur
- Prise d'initiative et autonomie
