**Your Day-to-Day**:

- Responsible for all phases in the project management process on low to moderate complexity projects.
- Lead small sized team, which may include project controls.
- Support proposal process for low to moderate complexity projects, as assigned.
- Oversee the development of cost estimates and offers for operating plants support and modifications. Support customer negotiations.
- Use interpersonal skills to cultivate positive relationships with team, customer, and other stakeholders in a matrix environment to facilitate successful project completion as well as identify opportunities for additional business growth.
- Understand contract requirements to enable successful project implementation.
- Use and support Westinghouse project management systems and controls for various projects assuring management is provided with up-to-date and accurate reports of each project status. Maintain good working relationships with the customer.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline required; Advanced degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Business preferred.
- Experience as project manager leading and directing low complexity projects to successful completion - alternatively a background as Technical Lead within projects and having an ambition to develop into Project Management
- Strong interpersonal skills, such as effective verbal and written communications; ability to lead team members; ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders; and ability to make decisions and carry out multiple tasks as assigned
- Knowledge of project scheduling and cost management.
