**What will be your key responsibilities?**
**Develop People / Organization**:
- ** Develop skills and capabilities in industrial information technology for the Factory IT and Key users**:
- ** Animate the IT communities**:
- ** Ensure proper vision, collaboration with main 3rd party vendors to develop and sustain partnership and presence in global and region**:
**IT Strategy**
- Review, animate and report Dashboard/KPI to track progress of the implementation internally and externally.
- Support the convergence between OT/IT/ Industry 4.0 in manufacturing area
- Build with the internal and external stakeholder the annual budget and resources requirement and three years vision.
**CyberSecurity**
- Responsible to deploy Cyber Security Standard across all the factory sites to secure & recover è Insure a NIST CSF (National Institute Science & Technology Cyber Security Framework) Score at 3 On 4. As defined by MGS DT standard.
- Analyze the costs, value, and risks of industrial operation & information technology to advise management and suggest actions.
**Projects**
- Oversee the technological infrastructure (IT / MES / SCADA) in the organization to ensure optimal performance & insure to meet company's business objectives.
- Accountable to support projects in terms of efficiency, standard applied, project timeline
- Accountable to set up Methodology / Standard / Documentations & Knowledge transfer for projects
**Operations**
- Collaborate with main partnership and vendor to support sites
What are we looking for?
- University Degree in Engineering or IT/ High Professional Studies.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
- IT - Electricity & Controls:
- + 5 to 10 years in IT environment
- Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
- Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation
- ** Excellent organizational, analytical, project management and technical skills.**:
- Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations
- Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- A strong strategic and business mindset
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-Management following defined KPIs/Objectives, and proactively tracking them.
