The Global Media Acquisition Manager will be a key part of the transformational digital marketing journey, with the aim to further fuel Royal Canin’s year-on-year growth by even more robustly serving cats and dogs via their owners and prescribers.
Reporting to the Global Media Manager, the Media Acquisition Manager will be in charge to manage the definition of D2C, B2B and integrated media strategy. This is a fundamental role within the Brand Experience and Media team.
The D2C, B2B and integrated media includes a full eco-system across animation of the markets, roll out, asset management in collaboration with the D2C, Vet and Pro Pillars, Content, Brand Com, POX, Corporate teams and reports and media performance analytics.
**What are we looking for ?**
- Background : master degree in business schools or equivalent digital education
- 5 years minimum experience with significant exposure to digital media or e-commerce
- A significant experience in media acquisition (on pure player or e-retailer). Ideally 2 years minimum.
- Digital marketing experience
- An experience in start-up business / digital transformation or prescription models is welcome
- Passion for cats and dogs would be ideal
**What would be your responsibilities ?**
**Media Acquisition Model Brand,ecom and D2C**
- Lead the orchestration model: Brand, D2C, eCom, retail media acquisition integrated approach in close collaboration with Global Teams and Regional Stakeholders
- Accountable for the acquisition ROI and governance
- Fuel the foundations of the D2C SEO & SEM strategy
- Drive traffic to the Flagships Store (offline and online)
- Define and implement the testing approach and scale the learnings
- Share best practices and guide local media implementation through a guidebook
- Set global tracking dashboard, KPI and targets
- Support New Business media acquisition T&L
**Media Acquisition Model B2B**
- Identify the prescribers’ journey in close collaboration with Global Pro and Vet Pillars
- Define the online media acquisition strategy and roadmap for the B2B media model
- Set global tracking dashboard, KPI and targets
- Define and implement the testing approach and scale the learnings
- Share best practices and guide local media implementation through a guidebook
**Activation campaigns**
- Support Global D2C, DCO and B2B Campaigns creation in collaboration with the D2C, DCO and B2B campaign assets Manager
- Identify activation slots in relationship with SPT/VET/PRO pillars operating plans
- Develop Guidance and governance on D2C campaign messages + conversion triggers
- Support the build of the annual D2C activation plan
- Support Global D2C, DCO and B2B Campaigns creation
- Identify and communicate governance between global scope & local scope
- Ensure follow through and post evaluation of the campaigns
- Support the D2C promotion strategy on regional + local level with global guidelines & learnings
