Mercer France is looking for a Client Manager M/F - Global benefits Management

**SUMMARY**:
The Client Manager will focus on client retention and satisfaction, executing on the requirements effectively and bringing new ideas on how to operate more efficiently and evolve their benefits in line with their benefit philosophy. The CM will be the main point of contact for the client and will therefore need to establish a trusted relationship and manage the day to day deliverables and escalations.

In building the trusted relationship, the CEM will also look to support clients on their benefit journey, exploring new benefit designs, expanding into new markets and exploring other opportunities.

The CM will report to a Client Delivery local leader and be an integral part of a wider CM network.

**POSITION SCOPE**:
**We will count on you to**:
**Account & Stakeholder Management** - ensuring client retention.
- Account management of large multinational clients with mínimal oversight
- Effective client relationship management skills to forge strong relationships with different types of clients and stakeholders.
- Clear understanding of client’s priorities, benefits philosophy, and ways of working; includes dissemination of this to the wider broking network.
- Organizational and project management skills
- Identify, oversee and resolve ad hoc client issues.

**Execution of core deliverables** - first class delivery:

- Ability to establish a strong governance framework, guide CSM’s in their deliverables and tailor requirements to the client’s needs
- For relevant clients bring together seamless delivery of both Darwin and GBM
- Scope and deliver high standard annual stewardship meetings alongside the wider client team and other agreed deliverables (e.g. quarterly business reviews)
- Understand, leverage and ensure quality of data input of our core clients systems
- Oversee ensuring all renewals are tracked and reported correctly on core reporting system

- Bring a point of view
- Have a curiosity for new ideas that will evolve your clients benefits and pro-actively share relevant points of view and trend information
- Participate in innovation sessions, identifying problem areas, and thinking of potential solutions.
- Influence and guide CSM’s and clients on the relevance of the trends and how they can effectively execute the initiatives
- Willingness to share best practice deliverables and client journeys as case studies to support continuous learning.

**What you need to have**
- A positive, can do attitude
- Knowledge of the Global Benefits environment, Insurance or B2B working environment
- Experience of managing Multinational client relationships
- Consulting and broking expertise
- Collaborative way of working and good communicator
- Eye for detail and interpreting data
- Client Centric
- Willingness to learn
- The ability to leverage key internal and external stakeholders (Marsh, Mercer, insurers)
- Fluent French / Excellent English, other languages a plus.
