Garantme est une Insurtech qui veut libérer l’accès au logement. Nous construisons et distribuons des solutions d’assurance simples, innovantes et compréhensibles qui favorisent la gestion locative dans l’immobilier.

Depuis notre création en 2017, nous avons aidé plus de 90 000 locataires à accéder au logement et avons sécurisé les loyers de plus de 5.000 agences immobilières ainsi que ceux des principaux réseaux de résidences étudiantes.

Après 2 levées de fonds au compteur, une troisième en prévision et une croissance de +100% de notre chiffre d’affaires et de notre équipe en 2022, notre ambition est simple : être le leader de l’assurance dans l’immobilier.

Notre objectif en 2023 ? Doubler encore la taille de notre réseau de partenaires et atteindre 10 millions d’euros d’ARR.

**Descriptif du poste**

Au sein de l’équipe Customer Success, vous serez chargé(e) de convertir les locataires certifiés par Garantme en clients finaux, d’entretenir nos relations commerciales avec les bailleurs et d’amorcer de nouveaux partenariats B2B.

Vos missions seront:

- Accélération des ventes auprès des locataires certifiés (accompagnement, suivi, négociation)
- Utilisation du CRM (Hubspot, Ringover) pour maîtriser l’acquisition-client
- Participation à l’identification et à la mise en place des solutions d’amélioration du processus de vente (stratégie, discours, )
- Développement commercial auprès des bailleurs et entretien des relations commerciales avec nos partenaires
- Evolution du stage en 2 branches selon vos forces (gestion de projet / sales)

Gratification **:1000€ brut +200 à 800€ de primes / mois**

**Profil recherché**
- Etudiant(e) en Bac+3 /Bac+4/Bac+5 (management, immobilier, assurance, )
- Français courant (oral, écrit) et niveau d’anglais professionnel exigés
- Excellent relationnel
- Team Player et drivé(e) par l’atteinte de vos objectifs (prime mensuelle sur objectifs d’équipe)
- Proactif/proactive, structuré(e) et autonome, vous êtes intéressé(e) par un stage orienté vente

**Déroulement des entretiens**
- Tour 1 : Entretien téléphonique avec la DRH
- Tour 2 : Etude de cas liée aux missions du poste
- Tour 3 : Entretien final en visio avec votre futur team lead

Durée du contrat : 6 mois

Rémunération : 1 000,00€ à 1 500,00€ par mois
