La Maison Repetto, artisan d'exception du monde du luxe, propose des collections qui s'inspirent du monde de la danse classique et qui sont le fruit d'un artisanat d'exception. Une tradition qui se perpétue depuis 65 ans dans ses ateliers de Dordogne.
L'histoire de la Maison débute avec Rose Repetto, qui crée en 1947 sur les conseils de son fils Roland Petit, danseur et chorégraphe, des chaussons de danse. Repetto devient très vite la référence pour tous les danseurs.
Des chaussons de danse sera issue la première ballerine de ville réalisée selon une technique unique dans le monde : le cousu-retourné.

Repetto est aujourd’hui une Maison du luxe Français qui rayonne à l’international grâce à la qualité de son savoir-faire qu’elle a su décliner sur l’ensemble de ses collections : Souliers, Maroquinerie, Athleisure et Danse.

**Description du poste**

Reporting directly to Repetto CEO, you will be part of the Management Committee of the brand. You will be in charge of ASIA region by maximizing business and developing relations with our existing distributor partners and by opening new clients in the region. You will collaborate and work closely with all HQ teams that you will coordinate for your partners, in order to reach your objectives in terms of growth, profitability and brand image, and development, aligning the Asian strategy with the worldwide roadmap for the brand.
- **Business development and sales monitoring**_
- Definition, oversee and monitoring of the distribution and sales strategy in the region
- Building and development of strong relationships with distributors. Provide support and liaise with HQ on needs, challenge partners to maximize the potential of the brand
- Monitoring of commercial performances : Sell in/Sell out/Stock Level/ Profitability & Definition of Action Plan accordingly.
- Negotiation of Agreements, Commercial Terms with key partners. Liaise with the Legal department for contracts
- Negotiation of OTB prior to the sales campaign, optimization of sales during showroom and throughout season, supervising orders, deliveries and key bets placed
- Deployment of our product categories in the region - Shoes / Bags / Dance / Athleisure adapting to the market needs and the business model of each
- Business plan building for the region, proposing plans to maximize existing business and seize new opportunities
- Reporting, Sales forecasting, Budget preparation
- **Operations**_
- Stock analysis, reordering management, optimisation of order and deliveries
- Recommendation on key bets, Special products to add to the collections for Asia needs
- Protection of the brand image and brand DNA in all activities supported by our partners
- Co-building and validation of the 360° Launch and Communication plan marketing
- Product : Conveying the information from the field to the product teams : collection briefing, feedback on customers about products & collection.
- Leveraging digital savviness and knowledge to help partners maximize brand image, experience and engagement on digital touchpoints
- Training on products & brand information.
- Development and control of the selectivity of the distribution and optimize the size of the network on/offline
- Preparation of Seminars to launch and sell collections to our partners
- Development of expertise and knowledge sharing on Asia : Customers, Competitive environment, Distribution
- Alignment with Image & Retail team to ensure retail consistency across the world and Visual Merchandising guidelines sharing and respect.
- Ambassador role towards our key partners

**Profil recherché**

Repetto is recruiting new talents with entrepreneurial mindset, willing to create an impact and contribute to the fast-paced transformation of the brand

10+ years of Sales experience, with mandatory background and knowledge of Asian markets, appetite for Fashion / Luxury

Significant experience in partners management

Strong interpersonal and people management skills to navigate complex relationships spanning broad geographies

Ambitious, strategic and results-oriented
