What you’ll do & Who you are

Sous la supervision du Customer Success Director, le Customer Success Manager Supervisor est responsable des tâches suivantes:

- Gérer une équipe de 2 CSM et superviser les opérations quotidiennes
- Définir des missions claires, des philosophies d'équipe et déployer des stratégies centrées sur celles-ci
- Créer des procédures et des standards efficaces, et être responsable du respect des règles et procédures
- Définir de nouveaux KPI afin de surveiller l'activité (par exemple : analyse segmentée des demandes par type de client ou produit)
- Former les membres de l'équipe et intégrer de nouveaux employés si nécessaire
- Améliorer l'expérience client, créer des clients engagés et faciliter la croissance organique
- Développer de nouveaux canaux de collecte de la satisfaction client
- Maintenir des dossiers précis et documenter tous les processus, activités et discussions
- Évaluer les KPI de service et préparer des rapports détaillés sur vos conclusions (CSAT, NPS)
- Être proactif pour optimiser les outils, l'organisation et les processus en consultation avec les autres équipes concernées
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres départements Recommerce pour assurer une bonne entente d'équipe
- Participer aux réunions Sales Recommerce
- Se tenir informé des dernières techniques de services clients et des développements dans le domaine du Customer Success
