En tant que Key Account Manager France, vous êtes en charge de gérer et de développer les relations avec les clients clés de l’entreprise en France. Vous êtes responsable de la satisfaction du client, du développement des ventes et de la croissance de l’entreprise en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités et en répondant aux besoins des clients existants.

Pour y parvenir, voici tes missions:

- Gestion du positionnement et de la distribution de la marque
- Développement du portefeuille client existant sur toutes les enseignes GSS, GSA, Pure Player et Market Place.
- commerciale en établissant un relationnel fort avec les interlocuteurs clés du PEM
- Déploiement de la stratégie commerciale et développement de la marque sur le marché français, pilotage de budget (sell-in, sell-out)
- Négociation des accords nationaux : conditions d’achats, assortiment annuel, planning promotionnel, présence linéaire, positionnement
- Exécution et suivi du business plan : prévisions des ventes, pilotage des budgets, suivi mensuel des KPi commerciaux et logistiques
- Suivi quotidien et gestion de portefeuille clients, assurer la rentabilité et la croissance de chaque compte
- Coordination d’actions commerciales et de campagnes 360 (points de vente, e-commerce, digital ), négociation de mises en avant de la marque en points de vente et/ou en ligne.
- Recommandation et mise en place du plan trade marketing par enseigne.
- Coordination des projets transversaux marketing, merchandising et logistique

Tu es un homme ou une femme ayant:

- Diplôme universitaire de commerce,
- Une expérience de 3-5 ans en tant que Key Account Manager.
- Vous êtes orienté(e) résultats.
- Vous maîtrisez l’analyse et la gestion des KPI
- Vous maîtrisez les outils du type Salesforce,
- Capacité à élaborer et à mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente efficaces.
- Esprit analytique, dynamique et passionné, avec un goût prononcé pour l’innovation
