Based in Nice on the French Riviera, Navily is looking for interns to reinforce our sales team during summer, the most important period for Navily in the year

**Job description**

You will join the team of Country Managers who are responsible for developing partnerships with marinas and optimize conversion of requests into confirmed bookings. Inside the team, you will assist each country manager by operating on a key point for Navily: Customer Satisfaction. This includes the following missions:

- Actively follow-up on berth requests made by boaters to our partner marinas and optimise the conversion rate of our platform.
- Verify the content shared by boaters in Navily and make sure comments and pictures respect the quality standards of the company.

This list of objectives might evolve depending on the needs of the company.

**Preferred experience**
- Bachelor or master’s Degree in business
- You are a German or English or Italian native speaker
- In case you are not an English native speaker, fluency in English is mandatory
- Excellent written and oral communications skills. At ease with customers.
- Organised and aware of seasonal constraints, there is no problem for you to work on the weekend during the summer period (timetables shared in advance with days off during the week).
- A boating background might be an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 4.35€ per hour
