**Périmètre du poste** : France GSS, GSA, Veepee etc.

En tant que **KAM SENIOR** France, vous êtes en charge:

- De gérer et de développer un portefeuille en direct de Grands Comptes.
- Du management de deux Chefs de Secteurs.

Pour y parvenir, voici **vos missions**:

- Développement d’un portefeuille clients existants sur toutes les enseignes gérées en direct et celles du KAM Junior:

- Développer un relationnel fort avec les interlocuteurs clés du PEM (Acheteurs, Chefs Produits, Merchandiser )
- Déploiement de la stratégie commerciale et développement de la marque sur le marché français, pilotage de budget.
- Négociation des accords nationaux : assortiment annuel (produits permanents et tactiques), conditions d’achats, planning promotionnel, distribution numérique.
- Suivi du business plan : prévisions des ventes (sell-in, sell-out), pilotage des budgets, de la marge, suivi mensuel des KPi commerciaux et logistiques.
- Assurer des Forecast réguliers (utilisation de Salesforce).
- Recommandation et mise en place du plan Trade marketing par enseigne.
- Coordination de campagnes 360 (online / offline ) avec le Marketing et la Communication.
- Négociation de mises en avant de la marque en points de vente et en ligne.
- Communiquer en interne les réalisations et les résultats de ses négociations pour engager les autres services de l’entreprise (ADV, Marketing, Demand planning, finances).
