**Our IT Department - Group Information Systems (GIS) is looking for CWS a Web Solutions Team Leader to be based in Seloncourt (France)**:

**Overall responsibilities and duties**:
**Generic responsibilities & duties**
- The Web Solutions Team Leader reports to the Collaborative & Web Solutions Department Manager and acts as technical referrer and domain leader. He/she
- ** On a managerial level** is hierarchically in charge of a team of project managers, developers and an applicative architect
- ** On an operational level** provides daily expertise & support so to act as a delivery manager for the department (conformity of delivered applicaions in time, cost and quality)

- Is an expert in cloud development
- Demonstrates strong customer relationship skills and leads customers through successful projects which includes estimating, scoping, and writing effective statements of work that clearly set expectations
- Understands customers’ overall functional and technical requirements, IT and business priorities
- Establishes and maintains effective communication with executives and team members to ensure needs are being met
- Keeps executive-level management informed of progress and problems (active reporting)

**Specific responsibilities & duties**

**As a Team leader**:

- The Web Solutions Team Leader manages a group of about 10 (mix of internals and externals), providing technical leadership and day-to-day supervision
- Grows his/her team of technical experts, organizes and controls their activity in line with the CWS department strategy & prioritization
- Is in charge of his/her budget (buy external assistance, renew software licenses,)
- Is in charge of relationships with external development agencies
- Organizes interactions and knowledge sharing sessions with other.net factories in Tunisia and India

**As a Tech lead**:

- The Web Solutions Team Leader ensures the cloud first strategy for apps development (focused on Microsoft technologies with CWS defined standards)
- He / she maintains deep technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights, and shares within the technical community
- utilizes expert level experience and knowledge of project management and best practice recommendations to assist CWS customers with the design, development and deployment of applicative solutions
- Provides day to day technical direction, review technical deliverables and resolve technical issues within the team
- Participates actively in technical architecture & design to meet project requirements
- Ensures all relevant architecture governance, policies, and standards are met
- Ensures that product architecture and implementation is maintainable and extendable
- Coordinates the team’s work including resource allocation
- Develops deep relationship with key business customer decision makers
- Ensures software projects are completed according to product specifications, are properly documented and delivered on time and according to corporate quality standards
- ensures that project documentation & knowledge bases are permanently up to date
- supports 3rd level of incidents & requests in a timely manner

**Qualifications**:
**Core skills**
- Master degree in Computer Sciences and / or software Engineering
- Strong understanding of Agile life-cycle and scrum principles
- Exprtise in DevOps / ALM, Azure DevOps pipelines, Git (branching, pull requests,), quality/conformity tools (SonarQube)
- Expertise in core Development & knowledge with modern web development frameworks & Patterns (HTML/JavaScript/CSS/Bootstrap, AngularJS & not limitative, Web API, C#.NET 6 and above / MVC, automated testing)
- Knowledge of current software development design procedures for the cloud
- Knowledge in mobile apps development (Xamarin.Forms / MAUI) and mobile apps deliveries through Apple platforms (ABM, Apple accounts management) and internal MAM systems (Mobile Iron) is a plus
- Knowledge in workflow processes (BPM) and associated tools (K2, Logic Apps)is a plus

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a leader of a development team
- Proven experience in technical project management and solutions full lifecycle management from requirements gathering through to implementation and maintenance operations
- Senior expertise in technical solutions development using Microsoft solutions & tooling (Visual Studio,.net, MS SQL, Azure DevOps)
- Proven experience with Azure services and cloud native developments
