Our Global Information Technologies - IT division, located in Seloncourt, is seeking a Cloud Engineering Apprentice.
This apprenticeship will span 2 years.

As a member of the newly established Collaborative & Cloud Services department (CCS), focusing on Azure Services, you will contribute to redefining business solutions by developing and deploying innovative applications that leverage Azure PaaS services, event-driven architectures, and containerized microservices with effective monitoring, alerting, and security measures.
Engage in Meaningful Challenges.
Guided by a cloud software architect and collaborating with various IT and business stakeholders, you will gain insights into the utilization of Azure services, their functionalities, and their interconnections. You will learn how to provision these services and implement necessary security and monitoring protocols within a global framework.
Additionally, you may be involved in evaluating new services or features, enhancing existing solutions, coding for microservices or functions, or assisting fellow developers in these tasks.

Educational Background
Pursuing studies in web software development Full stack profile with proficiency in both backend and frontend development Enrolled in a master's program in IT or in the first year of IT engineering Ideally seeking a long-term apprenticeship (2+ years)Essential Technical Skills
Proficient in Git SCM (branching strategies, pull requests, etc.) Familiarity with Agile methodologies (backlogs, user stories, sprints, etc.) Understanding of DevOps principles (continuous integration, continuous deployment, Infrastructure as Code, etc.) Basic knowledge of Cloud services and common patterns (IaaS, CaaS, PaaS, SaaS, event-driven programming, etc.) Awareness of modern application development trends (microservices, containers, serverless architecture, etc.) Strong skills in object-oriented programming (e.g., .Net C# or Java)Additional Skills That Would Be Beneficial
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar Application Lifecycle Management platforms (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, etc.) Coding experience with Visual Studio and/or VS Code Background in building RESTful APIs and API clients Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, etc.)Language Proficiency
