**European, French-speaking Female Estate/House Manager for our Principle Client In UAE, Urgent, start date:
Female, European
Fluent in French, Knowledge of managing apartments and houses in Paris. This role will be a role that requires working in between Paris and Abu Dhabi.
Salary 18-20k aed - Also full expat package available with accommodation. Great benefits.
Duties will include but no be limited to:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the estate, including both household management and property management
- Managing the budget and expenses for the estate
- Hiring, onboarding and supervising staff(for example, housekeepers, property managers, nannies, security personnel, and more), managing HR, and conducting performance reviews
- Planning regular maintenance and managing repairs for all properties and their systems (for example, HVAC, appliances, AV, lighting, and more)
- Overseeing the upkeep and maintenance of the grounds, gardens and exterior systems (for example, landscaping, pools, sport courts, and more)
- Managing the calendar for the estate (including schedules for principals, guests, events, staff and vendors)
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures for the estate
- Reporting on estate operations to the principals and/or family office
Must have
- the highest level of personal service experience with private families and/or individuals
- well-educated in luxury items such as fine art and antiques
- proper social etiquette and cultural knowledge
- acute business skills in areas of finance, computers, planning, and organization
- human resources management
- leadership and motivation skills
- independent and team project management
- creative and intuitive thinking and problem-solving
- up to date on applicable technologies and global communications
- negotiating skills
- often multi-lingual
- service training for private and/or hotel environments
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a House Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate staff
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Knowledge of household systems and maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and security systems
- Strong financial management skills, with the ability to develop and maintain budgets and review financial reports
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Pay: 5,000.00€ - 6,000.00€ per month
