**About us?
Drinks&Co is the leading online wine and spirits store in Europe, being a 100% subsidiary of the Pernod Ricard group, number two in the world in the sector.
Drinks&Co Store Paris is a concept store dedicated to wines, spirits & soft drinks, and the physical expression of our website. Located in the heart of Paris, Drinks&Co brings together a shop, a cocktail bar, a dining bar & a masterclass space, thus offering all possible experiences around drinks in one place.
In our Paris store, we are looking for an autonomous person to complete the HR team that is composed by:
- Your future manager Head of HR, based in Barcelona, regularly travelling to Paris.
- Your future pair for the Spanish offices, based in Barcelona.
- The HR team of Pernod Ricard Head Quarter, based in the Pernod Ricard office.
**How will you highlight your skills?**-
- To support their **career development** within the company, you will support the organization of the **yearly talent cycle** (evaluation, feedback meeting, salary review, training needs).
- _
“One team one dream”_ is our motto. To make it real you will contribute to organise periodically **team building** activities and contribute to our **internal communication** between the whole family.
- You will ensure continuously all the **timesheets **are correctly filled in (holidays, sick leaves, etc.) so you can generate the monthly **payroll** and the yearly **social report **KPIs.
- And as everything in life, all come to an end one day, and we make our best so it comes the latest for our talented employees. If it happens, you will coordinate their **offboarding**.
- You will ensure everyone has what they need to work in the **best conditions in the office and the store**, also assisting the Finance Manager to manage the **invoicing** of providers.

- Video call with the Head of HR of Drinks & Co
- Meeting in our offices with the Director of Drinks & Co Store Paris

**Requirements**:
**What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree + 3 years minimum university degree or diploma in human resources, administration, or similar.
- +1 year of professional experience in the HR area.
- An autonomous, organized, decisive, proactive person who likes teamwork.
- Positive attitude.
- Friendliness with digital tools including Microsoft Office and Google Suites
- Native or fluent in French and English.
