Être indépendant, c’est avoir plusieurs métiers : son activité, son administratif, ses financesSauf qu’ils ont rarement des notions de comptabilité Pourtant, en France, il est obligatoire pour tous les indépendants, quelle que soit leur forme juridique, de tenir leur comptabilité et de déclarer leurs revenus. 2 possibilités s’offrent à eux:

Comment ça marche ? En synchronisant leur compte bancaire professionnel, leurs transactions sont automatiquement catégorisées dans les bonnes lignes comptables. Et ce n’est pas tout Indy permet également aux indépendants de créer des factures personnalisées et générer leur liasse fiscale et bilan en 2 heures seulement.

Indy s’appuie sur trois piliers, qui sont fondamentaux : un produit intuitif et bien pensé, des tarifs ultra abordables (50% de nos fonctionnalités sont même accessibles gratuitement) et une importance très forte accordée à la qualité de notre service client. Déjà plus de **8**0 000 indépendants** automatisent leur comptabilité avec Indy, et on vise d'accompagner 1 million d'indépendants d'ici fin 2027

Nous venons de lever** 40M€ en Serie-C,** ce qui porte le total des fonds levés depuis le lancement à **86M€.**

Nous sommes aujourd’hui **266 indies** venant d’horizons et de parcours variés. Nous partageons tous le même objectif : créer une entreprise profondément humaine dans laquelle il fait (vraiment) bon travailler.

**Descriptif du poste**:
Ton objectif en tant que Strategic Project Manager est de prendre l’ownership d’un OKR transversal d’Indy (mêlant notamment les équipes business) et faire en sorte qu’on atteigne cet objectif. L’idée c’est d’être focus pendant plusieurs mois sur un projet, le mener à bien avant de commencer un autre projet.

**Tes missions**:

- Tu as la vue macro de ton projet (ex : comment se passe la création d’entreprise chez Indy) et tu es le référent sur ce projet
- Tu es proche du terrain / des équipes et force de proposition sur les sujets sur lesquels tu peux faire la différence sur le prochain trimestre
- Tu es capable de décomposer ton OKR en sous-objectifs mesurables et trackés clairs
- Tu peux leader une squad avec des personnes de différentes équipes pour mettre en place les actions identifiées. Tu t’assures que cette squad soit capable d’itérer, fait des tests rapides et avance dans la bonne direction.
- Tu communiques vis à vis d’Indy sur ton projet : difficultés rencontrées, écarts au plan, objectifs pour le prochain trimestre
- Tu es responsable de la stratégie globale de cette cible mais tu auras besoin de toutes les équipes pour maîtriser l’exécution et transformer tes recommandations en succès opérationnel

Le poste est basé à Lyon.

**Profil recherché**:

- Tu réponds d'une première expérience significative en conseil / project management
- Tu es capable de briser les silos et tu aimes gérer des projets avec des initiatives cross-équipes et les relations avec les différents stakeholders
- Tu as d’excellentes capacités de communication à l’écrit et à l’oral, tu donnes de la visibilité sur son projet auprès d’Indy. Tu es capable d'adapter ta communication en fonction de ton interlocuteur, avec des personnes à tous les niveaux hiérarchiques.
- Tu fais preuve de leadership et tu sais travailler de façon transverse. Tu aimes instaurer un climat de confiance avec tes collaborateurs, tu as du drive et tu sais donner du rythme à un projet
- Tu comprends rapidement les enjeux business, tu sais spotter les opportunités et les failles de ce qui est déjà en place
- Tu crois en Indy, tu veux aider des millions d’indépendants à être plus autonomes et tu te reconnais dans nos valeurs
