Graduate Office Student Services Manager

Position Overview

The postholder is a key member of the Academic Affairs team, serving as liaison between the Graduate Programs and Admissions Offices.

**Responsibilities**:
The main duties and responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
Graduate Administration

The postholder will help manage the smooth day-to-day running of the Graduate Programs Office and collaborate closely with other members of the Office. They will aid in assessment and accreditation and provide additional student support when necessary.

Supporting fixed-term faculty members

In collaboration with the Program Directors, the postholder will ensure the smooth onboarding of CDD faculty throughout the academic year and coordinate with other administrative units across the institution as well as outside stakeholders.

Communication and Outreach

Support the development and implementation of marketing plans for AUP graduate programs

In association with Admissions Office and other colleagues, including the Graduate Program Directors, the postholder will devise and help support the implementation of marketing plans for each of AUP graduate programs. These plans will define target markets for each program, locate appropriate marketing channels, outline key marketing messages, and define an annual calendar of marketing and recruitment activities.

Liaison between graduate enquiries and applicants with each Graduate Program Director

The postholder will be the interface between prospective students and applicants and each of the Program Directors, facilitating virtual and face-to-face contact where appropriate. These contacts will vary in purpose according to the time of year and the postholder will ensure all interactions are logged in the University’s CRM system.

On-campus and virtual graduate events and Information Sessions

In collaboration with Admissions Office colleagues, the postholder will devise a system which specifically serves the needs of prospective graduate students. This will include a tailored approach to graduate participants participating in AUP campus tours and the development of

graduate-specific online Information Sessions each semester. Extensive use of the University’s CRM system will be required in this duty.

Contribute to graduate-specific communications campaigns and related content

The postholder will be responsible for ensuring that the ‘graduate voice’ is better included in marketing and recruitment campaigns targeting prospective graduate students. This will include on
- and offline campaigns, marketing material of all kinds, content for presentations and tailored collateral for each individual graduate degree program.

The post holder may additionally be involved in transversal projects the University wishes to explore. Other appropriate duties may also be assigned as requested by the Supervisor and according to the needs of the University.
