Assistant Customer Manager (H/F)
Nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) Customer Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Le poste offre une opportunité de contribuer à la croissance de l'entreprise et d'interagir avec les clients qui se retrouvent dans l'image de marque Le Petit Lunetier qui est une marque jeune et sympa.
Responsabilités:
- Conseil et réassurance client
- Suivi de commande
- Gestion et résolution de litiges
- Anticipation des points de friction dans le parcours client pour augmenter la satisfaction client
- Gestion des retours clients
- Relais entre les boutiques et le siège sur des sujets omnicanaux et opérationnels
- Gestion et résolution de litiges clients Retail
- Aide à la préparation de commandes E-Commerce et Retail
- Divers sujets opérationnels liant le site, le siège et les boutiques
Expérience:
- Expérience préalable dans la vente et la gestion de la relation client (facultatif)
- Esprit d'équipe et aptitude à travailler en collaboration
- Compétences en communication pour interagir efficacement avec les clients
Qualités requises:
- Avoir de l'empathie
- Avoir de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et en orthographe
- Savoir être à l'écoute
