Interpath Advisory is an agile and independent advisory practice formed from the UK's leading Big 4 restructuring and turnaround practice. We aim to help organisations defend, preserve, sustain, and grow their value through a diverse array of advisory solutions.
We are currently seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our HR team as an HR Operations Administrator. Reporting to the People Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions to ensure effective and efficient operational processes.
As an HR Operations Administrator, you will manage critical HR administrative tasks, overseeing the accuracy of employee records and assisting with the onboarding process, benefits management, and other HR initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Assist in payroll processing and data entry, working with our outsourced payroll provider.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Help to ensure compliance with employment laws and organisational policies.
- Support administrative tasks for performance management and pay review processes.
- Collaborate with the HR team to streamline processes and implement improvements.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
- Background in Professional Services, preferably Consultancy or Financial Services
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Understanding of HR policies and employment law.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the HR function.
