Job Description

Principales responsabilités:

- Source, repérage, casting et réservation d'amis de la marque et de talents éditoriaux pour les campagnes de contenu de marque de Condé Nast et les campagnes de clients en marque blanche.
- Connaissance approfondie et intérêt investi dans le paysage interne des talents éditoriaux de Condé Nast. La capacité de comprendre les projets à venir des rédacteurs, les partenariats de marque précédents et la structure générale des honoraires.
- Doit avoir des relations avec des agences de talents, des cabinets de relations publiques, des agences d'influenceurs digitaux, des maisons de disques, des agents de mannequins, etc. pour les castings d'amis de la marque.
- Faire du pitch et présenter les talents aux clients et aux partenaires de l'agence.
- Doit connaître parfaitement tous les aspects de la réservation contractuelle de talents, notamment l'exécution des contrats, les négociations avec les talents, la réservation de modèles, les autorisations musicales, l'utilisation du contenu et les directives SAG
- Doit avoir une compréhension du contenu en marque blanche et du contenu de marque, ainsi qu'une expérience de la tarification des talents pour les activations, notamment les parrainages, la publicité, les posts sociaux payants + organiques, la vidéo, les événements et les natifs.
- Doit avoir de l'expérience dans l'élaboration d'accords avec toutes les formes de talents, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter : célébrités, chefs, entrepreneurs, influenceurs des médias sociaux, artistes, athlètes, musiciens, designers, etc.
- Aider à gérer et à superviser les talents pendant la production sur place.
- Aider à diriger et à exécuter le processus de prévente des talents et travailler avec l'équipe de prévente pour mesurer les progrès, identifier les opportunités à risque et promulguer des solutions.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la rédaction, le service juridique, les ressources humaines, les affaires commerciales et l'équipe commerciale.

Exigences / Compétences:

- 1 à 2 ans et plus d'expérience dans la réservation de talents.
- Solides compétences en communication, esprit d'équipe, désireux de coopérer et de collaborer avec des homologues de l'organisation interne.
- Réseau de contacts dans l'industrie.
- Œil vif pour les talents émergents et les tendances au sein et en dehors de l'organisation Condé Nast
- Orienté vers les détails, très organisé, capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à respecter des délais stricts.
- Capacité avérée à gérer les relations, à résoudre les problèmes et à faire avancer les processus de changement.
- Overview/Primary Responsibilities:

- Source, scout, cast and book friends of brand and editor talent for Conde Nast branded content campaigns and white label client campaigns
- Extensive knowledge and invested interest in the internal editorial talent landscape of Conde Nast. The ability to understand editor’s upcoming projects, previous brand partnerships, and general fee structure
- Must have relationships with Talent Agencies, PR Firms, Digital Influencer Agencies, Record Labels, Model Agents, etc. for Friend of Brand Castings
- Pitch and present talent to client and agency partners
- Must be fully versed in all aspects of contractual talent booking including: executing contracts, talent negotiations, model booking, music clearances, content usage and SAG guidelines
- Must have an understanding of white label and branded content as well as experience pricing talent for activations including, sponsorships, advertising, paid + organic social posts, video, events and native
- Must have experience in crafting deals with all forms of talent including but not limited to: celebrities, chefs, entrepreneurs, social media influencers, artists, athletes, musicians, designers, etc.
- Help manage and oversee talent during on-site production
- Help lead and execute talent pre-sale process and work with the pre-sale team in measuring progress, identifying at-risk opportunities, and enacting solutions.
- Work closely with editorial, legal, human resources, business affairs and the commercial team.

Requirements / Skills:

- 1-2 years plus of talent booking experience.
- Strong communication skills, team player, eager to cooperate and collaborate with counterparts in the internal organization
