About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to support the growth of our global teams based in France, the USA, the UK, and Belgium.
As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our talent acquisition strategy, collaborating with stakeholders to attract, select, and retain top talent in niche fields such as Public Affairs Consulting and Cybersecurity Expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to support business growth.
- Drive agile recruitment processes to deliver a seamless candidate experience and build collaborative teams.
- Operate effective selection processes, including job description definition, sourcing, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess soft skills and motivational fit.
- Analyze recruitment data to optimize practices and improve efficiency.
- Develop the employer brand and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Support hiring managers with best practices and help frame their needs.
- Contribute to the group annual report and participate in CSR projects.
- Extend job offers, ensuring fairness and legal compliance.
- Contribute to new hire onboarding and promote good practices.
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced talent acquisition professional with a Master's degree in Human Resources and a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, including international experience. Previous experience in the cybersecurity industry is a strong plus.
You should be fluent in French and English, with excellent writing and interviewing skills. You should be highly organized, flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
