Le poste nécessite des déplacements en France et à l’étranger

**Rattachement hiérarchique** : Championship Manager

**Lieu** : Poste basé à Lyon (69003)

**Prise de poste** : Septembre 2023

**Finalité de la fonction**:
L’Account Manager aura la responsabilité de la gestion du portefeuille de clients qui lui seront confiés et du développement commercial sur son environnement.

Garant-e de la profitabilité de ses activités commerciales, il-elle reportera directement au Championship Manager. Il-elle sera l’interlocuteur-trice privilégié-e des prospects et clients tout au long de la négociation puis de la réalisation de la prestation.

Il-elle se déplacera sur plusieurs événements durant la saison (>60 jours) afin d’assurer le développement commercial, la satisfaction client et accompagner les équipes Spartner dans la conduite des opérations, et ce sur plusieurs championnats : moto, endurance et Touring.

En lien avec les services support, il-elle conduira l’administration des dossiers commerciaux de ses clients.

Enfin, en respect des engagements de responsabilité sociétale de l’entreprise, il-elle veillera à promouvoir les solutions de déplacement responsable auprès des parties-prenantes et à limiter l’impact environnemental des opérations.

**Missions et tâches principales (non-exhaustives)**:

- Définir et mettre en œuvre un plan d'action commercial spécifique à chaque prospect/client
- Recommander et faire le suivi du mix produits auprès du pôle achat
- Suivre les objectifs commerciaux et de profitabilité
- Rédiger les offres commerciales
- Créer les contrats commerciaux sous ERP
- Faire le suivi opérationnel des prestations sur les évènements
- Faire le suivi administratif et financier des contrats commerciaux
- Reporting commercial
- Garantir le respect des chartes et engagements d’entreprise sur les plans éthiques, sociétaux et environnementaux au sein des opérations concernant son portefeuille et ses opérations

**Profil recherché**:

- Anglais courant indispensable / 2ème langue appréciée (espagnol, italien ou allemand courant)
- Expérience souhaitée : 2 ans minimum
- Expérience en développement commercial B2B dans un contexte international
- Communiquant-e avec un excellent sens du relationnel client
- Dynamique et minutieux : ayant le souci du détail
- Titulaire du Permis B
- Rigoureux-se, organisé-e et capable de travailler en mode projet
- Sensibilité au monde du sport mécanique souhaitable
- Réel attrait pour le travail sur le terrain
- Conscient-e des enjeux environnementaux autour des grands évènements sportifs
- Excellente maitrise du pack office (Excel & PowerPoint)

**Formation et/ou expérience souhaitée**:
1ère expérience en tant que commercial, chef de projet évènementiel, assistant chef de projet dans le milieu du sport et/ou voyages est appréciée
