**We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Sales team based in Paris**

We are looking for a person that can make a huge impact on our team and the market, someone who will come in on day one with the goal of building a career in sales at an international organization and are ready to work for it.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for developing, managing, and building long-term relationship with portfolio of Notified clients. You will focus on leading the sales process in upsell and cross-sell opportunities as well as renewals.

**Your Essential Duties**:

- Develop, manage, and nurture relationships with assigned accounts, increasing their affinity for Notified's solutions, adding new contracts, and likelihood of renewals
- Lead the sales process in renewals, upsell and cross sell opportunities
- Identify cross and up sale opportunities within the client base
- Retain, manage and increase revenue for existing clients
- Delivering high quality proposals to the clients
- Manage the overall relationship with the assigned accounts
- Monitor account satisfaction and identify customer problems; coordinate with Intrado Service teams Engagement to remedy situations
- Locate the appropriate account buyer for renewal and upsell opportunities
- Achieve assigned sales billing and quotas
- Develop and maintain up-to-date expert understanding of assigned account solutions and understanding of relevant competitor solutions
- Research and actively identify emerging trends that influence Notified value proposition
- Communicate value proposition to existing accounts
- Identify and coordinate timely involvement of sales operations resources in the sales cycle to improve efficiencies
- Proactively manage pipeline; input, monitor, and update opportunities in a timely fashion

**What you’ll bring**
- Bachelor and/or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role or a relevant account management role
- Excellent English & French language skills, both oral and written
- Good understanding of working in a SaaS enviroment and selling a complex software solutions
- Strong commercial awareness
- Ability to build robust relationships with clients
- Required experience in managing account relationships, identifying additional sales opportunities, and closing deals
- Have strong negotiation and closing skills
- Prior professional experience working with mínimal supervision
- Self-starter with excellent time-management skills
- Superior relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Experience delivering compelling presentations to large audiences
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Adaptability, hard worker, ability to work under pressure
